Terms and Conditions for Use

By enrolling in a FAMILIAR Framework Course, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge this course is for present teachers only and that you may be asked to submit verification via copy of job offer or contract if needed. 
• You understand confirmation of current teacher status will be verified and your access may be suspended or revoked if unsuccessful. (Non-educator access may be granted at the discretion of the instructor).
• You agree that you are the actual person taking this course as the registered user and will not share your login information with anyone.
• You understand that no refunds are given, but courses can however be upgraded by paying the difference (you must contact instructor before proceeding with payment).
• You agree to not record, distribute, upload, duplicate, sell or steal the content and/or materials provided in this course without written consent from the instructor.  
• You agree to give your own responses and will refrain from academic dishonesty during this course.  
• You agree to complete all components of this course thoroughly and accept that a copy of your coursework may be sent to your administrator at any time per the instructor’s discretion.
• You understand that you will no longer have access to the course or its contents after the specified course duration has expired.
